Advisory and consulting
Strategic advisory for executive teams. Over 2,000 hours working with individual clients and multiple organizations, from project maturity audits, through methodology selection, to years-long advisory support, mostly for management boards.
Most commonly: choosing an approach (classical, Agile, hybrid) for a specific company, building or rebuilding the project management system, supporting program or portfolio management as an external advisor.
Mentoring
1-on-1 mentoring for all levels of management: from CEOs and program directors, through project managers and middle management, to line managers. Multi-month cycles, regular meetings, work on the client’s actual projects. Over 500 hours of mentoring for top managers.

I do not specialise in one industry. I specialise in project management regardless of industry. We learn the industry context together at the start, because the client knows their specifics and I know what questions too ask.
Trainings and workshops
Over 150 deliveries since 2014. Four main areas.
Agile methods in project management (in Polish and English). Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, scrumban. How they work, when they fit, when they do not.
Leadership in project management. Building authority and direction in a project context, not from a generic management textbook.
Distributed teams in project management. Communication, coordination, tooling, but above all: what breaks when a team is not in one office, and why.
Certification preparation. Levels from student to director. Competence requirements, documentation practice.
Beyond these: custom workshops built around a specific client challenge, from one-day sessions to multi-day programs.
I will admit I train less often than I used to. Training is not my main source of income. When someone hires me, it is because they care about a specific outcome, not the cheapest option.
Scale
Clients from 5-person software houses to companies with thousands of employees, Polish and international. Trainings delivered in Polish and English.
In the past I collaborated in teaching with Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, University of Szczecin, Kozminski University, WSB Poznan and Wroclaw University of Economics. I am not currently teaching at any university.
Publications
