Three formats of collaboration
The choice depends on whether you want to work with a team, alone, or with the entire management board.
01
Advisory and consulting
For project teams and management. 150 project management training engagements since 2014. Agile, leadership, IPMA certifications, and project strategy. One or two-day sessions, on-site or online. Programs tailored to the company.
02
1-on-1 mentoring
For managers who want to elevate their project management skills. Regular meetings every two weeks, 60 to 90 minutes. We work on your projects right now, not abstractions from textbooks.
03
Advisory for management boards
Strategic advisory for executive teams. Setting up PM methodology, maturity audits, and choosing an approach for new programs.

What advisory and mentoring look like
Advisory starts with a conversation about what specifically is not working. Then we set the scope together: a one-off diagnosis, a multi-week sprint, or months of ongoing support. I work directly with the board or with an assigned program leader. You do not get a report for the drawer. You get a person who sits with your team and helps make decisions.
1-on-1 mentoring means regular meetings, usually every two weeks, 60-90 minutes. We work on your actual projects: what is not working, what to change, how to approach a difficult conversation with your team or sponsor. No slides, no fixed curriculum. A conversation about what is on the table right now.
Project management training topics
Project management implementation
Building or rebuilding an organization’s project management system. From auditing the current state to choosing an approach (classical, Agile, hybrid) to implementation with the team. I do not leave the company with slides full of recommendations. I leave a working process.
Strategy and project analytics
Implementing strategy through project management, creative techniques in project analysis, and an introduction to project management. For managers who want to understand projects as a business tool rather than a cost.
Agile and agility
Agile methods, agile techniques, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking. How they work, when they fit, when they don’t.
Leadership and people in projects
Leadership in project management, project team management, distributed teams, and interpersonal competencies. How to lead people when you don’t have formal authority over them.
Certification
Preparation for certification. Training delivered by someone who completed the full IPMA path (D, C, B), has been a 4-LC assessor since 2019 and a Leading Assessor for the Polish Project Excellence Award since 2015.
How we work together
Two stages.
Intro call, thirty minutes, no charge. I ask what went wrong. You tell me what you have tried. We come out of it with two possibilities: either I can help, and we set the scope, or I’m not the right person, and I point you elsewhere.
Scope and pricing. We agree on what we do, in what format, how long it takes, how much it costs, and what questions you will be able to answer after the cycle is complete. No multi-stage SOWs on thirty pages.
Before you reach out
Three questions worth asking yourself before the first call:
- What specifically is breaking? One team, one project, or is the pattern repeating?
- What have you already tried? What worked partially, what didn’t work at all?
- What are you looking for: a solution, a second opinion, or a pretext for something to change in the company?
If you don’t have answers to any of these questions, that’s also fine. Then the intro call is about finding them.
