When you fill out the contact form, we collect:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- phone number (if provided),
- subject and message content.
Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.
Technical data
The server automatically logs:
- IP address,
- browser and operating system type,
- date and time of visit,
- pages visited.

- the contact form plugin provider, Fluent Forms (WPManageNinja LLC), to the extent necessary for processing submitted contact data,
- the scheduling platform provider, Cal.com Inc., to the extent necessary for booking a call (when you use the calendar on the website).
We do not sell personal data. We do not profile users in a way that produces legal effects.
4a. Data transfers outside the EEA
Some of our service providers (WPManageNinja LLC, Cal.com Inc.) may process data on servers in the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data (right to be forgotten),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

We use an SSL certificate, keep server software updated, and limit access to personal data to the necessary minimum.
